
Rosie Cupitt, the winemaker, has studied at Charles
Sturt University and has more than a decade of vintage
experience including vintages in France and liasons
with Italian winemakers to further her wine knowledge.
Her philosophy with the wines is to make wines that
go well with food and to let the grapes dictate
the final wine style with each variety.
The Cellar Door is open for
Wine Tasting Wed - Sunday Lunch or by appointment where you can purchase the wine and an assortment of Cupitt's Wines is sold in the restaurant. We can also organise vat tasting in the cave by appointment.

Between 2004-2009, Cupitt's winery has produced wine in the following varieties:
Viognier, Chardonnay, Rosé, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Chambourcin.
