Cupitt's Winery
The Winery

Rosie Cupitt, the winemaker at Cupitt's Winery, has studied viticulture at Charles Sturt University and has more than a decade of vintage experience including vintages in France and liasons with Italian winemakers to further her wine knowledge. This influence has encouraged her to take a more traditional approach to the wine-making. The wines are matured in a beautiful underground wine cave where everything from fermenting to barrelling is done the traditional way.

Rosie's philosophy is to make wines that go well with food and to let the grapes dictate the final wine style with each variety.

Situated in the Shoalhaven, the winery benefits from the climate of the NSW's South Coast with its consistent rainfall and rich soil.
