Whites
2009 Estate Grown Semillon (Shoalhaven Coast) $32
Appearance: Pale Lemon
Aroma: Herbaceous, citrus and mineral tones
Palate: Light, crisp citrus flavours with good length. Perfect with oysters and all fish dishes. This wine won a Silver Medal and was awarded ‘Best wine made on the South Coast’ at the 2012 South Coast Wine Show.
2010 Estate Grown Semillon (Shoalhaven Coast) $25
Appearance: Clear with a green hue
Aroma: Citrus and mineral tones with some herbaceous chararacters
Palate: Crisp and clean with a long citrus finish. Perfect with oysters and all fish dishes
2010 Viognier (Tumbarumba) $28
Appearance: Pale Lemon
Aroma: Floral perfume and lychees
Palate: Citrus and apricots, crisp acid finish with great length
2011 ‘Alphonse’ Sauvignon Estate Grown (Shoalhaven Coast) $26
Appearance: Lemon with green hue
Aroma: Green apple and lime with smokey oak hints
Palate: Green apple and citrus. Soft oak with mineral tones. Best with smoked salmon, fish, cheese and poultry.
2011 ‘Woodlands’ Sauvignon (Southern Highlands) $26
Appearance: Lemon with green hue
Aroma: Herbaceous
Palate: Lemon, lime and green apple with tropical fruit undertones and a dry flinty finish. Best with white meats, fish, and asian foods.

Aroma: Tropical fruit, passionfruit and pineapple
Palate: Bright and fruity with a crisp finish, well matched with poultry, seafood and Asian foods.

Aroma:Tropical fruit and honeysuckle
Palate: Well rounded palate offering sweet fruit and guava characters with a clean finish. Well matched with Thai food and pork dishes.

Palate: Palate of stone fruit with a mineral, flinty finish. Well matched with mushroom risotto.
Rosé
2011 Rosie’s Rosé Merlot (Southern Highlands) $26
Appearance: Pale pink/amber
Aroma: Subtle strawberry and red berry
Palate: Soft berry mouthfeel with a crisp refreshing acidity and dry finish. A light easy drinking rosé well matched with mussels, pasta and salads.
Reds
2009 Tumby Syrah (Tumbarumba) $22
Appearance: Deep red
Aroma: Violet and berry with soft oak aromas
Palate: Very bright blackcurrent fruit flavours. A young wine that will benefit with time in the bottle
2009 Syrah \ Viognier (Southern Highlands) $32
Appearance: Deep magenta
Aroma: Black pepper and dark berries, vanilla oak, black cherries
Palate: Peppery with soft oak tannin. Well matched with beef, roast lamb or game
2009 Caroline’s Cabernet (Southern Highlands) $36
Appearance: Clear deep red
Aroma: Black current, violets, vanilla & oak
Palate: Soft tannins, berry fruit and black olives. Well matched with red meats, pasta, pizza & cherries
2009 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon (Southern Highlands) $38
Appearance: Deep Red
Aroma: Vanilla, smokey oak, aniseed
Palate: Specially selected from the 2009 vintage and allowed to mature in American oak for over 24 months. An exceptionally delicate cabernet with vanilla oak and dark fruit characters with soft, dusty tannins.
2008 Huw’s Block Dry Grown Syrah (Tumbarumba) $45
Appearance: Dark Magenta
Aroma: Toasted vanilla oak, black current, violet
Palate: Bright berry fruit, cassis, fine oak characters with long finish
Botrytis
2010 ‘Mon Doux’ Botrytis Sauvignon/Chardonnay (Southern Highlands) 375ml $28
Appearance: Golden/yellow
Aroma: Oranges and marmalade
Palate: Finish is dry on the palate with a crisp refreshing mineral sweetness. Perfect with fois gras and cheese. Also good with rich chocolate deserts. Very much in the style of Barsac botrytis wines. This wine won a bronze medal at the London International Wine Competition in 2011.
